The Boone-Winnebago Regional Office of Education (ROE4) encompasses 13 school districts in Boone and Winnebago Counties in Northern Illinois, providing advocacy, education, and service to professional educators and the community at large. Our services include professional development coursework, teacher certification and licensure, fingerprinting, testing, GED, and work permits.
